The   association   has   a   thriving   and   exciting   Little   Samurai   class   which runs   between   6pm   -   6.45pm   (4-8   years)   every   Monday   evening   and   a Little   Ninja’s   class   which   runs   between   6pm   -   6:45pm   (4-8   years)   every Thursday evening.

Our   Little   Sam’s   class   is   specifically   taught   to   train students   on   balance   and   coordination,   movements and   flexibility,   key   basic   Ju   Jitsu   skills,   animal   skills and   striking   techniques.   Confidence   building   is   key through    the    use    of    merit    badges    and    our    club mascot    Musashi    who    is    rewarded    each    week    to student who shows good merit.  

Gradings and merit badges

Little   Samurai   &   Ninja   students   have   the   opportunity to   grade   to   their   next   belt   throughout   the   year   and this   is   carried   out   by   Sensei   Alex.   These   are   mainly carried   out   on   the   same   dates   as   the   class   however some   students   are   graded   at   our   leisure.   We   also     use   a   Merit   Badge   system   to   encourage   students   to develop    their    skills    to    higher    standard    and    be awarded   a   badge   based   on   their   achievement.   Our students   are   very   fond   of   this   system   and   it   really helps focus them on perfecting key skills.
